Course 08
Explosives Manufacturing Managers Level 4A 5 day course, which builds up on the Level 3 course, to enable the individual to assume the responsibilities of Manager for Explosives, Substances & Articles (ESA) in a manufacturing environment, all in accordance with the National Occupational Standards.
One of the key requirements of any safe operation is to assess that staff are competent. Training courses leading to the award of a relevant qualification are an important step but maintaining and proving competence is harder. THE COMPANY has developed a comprehensive competency assessment package for all staff from workers through to supervisors and managers and supports this assessment with coaching and training as required. Many organisations who do not wish to go down the formal qualification route are making use of this service. THE COMPANY usually delivers this training on the clients site so causing a minimum disruption to operations.
Often, organizations rely heavily on their trained and competent staff but have a further need to introduce the requirements of the operation to senior officers and staff. THE COMPANY can design a short course to meet the needs of Senior staff who need to be familiar with operational restrictions and practice, without the requirement to attend full and formal training.
