Advanced Technical Exploitation Course
A 2 week course designed to take successful Basic Technical Exploitation course graduates and develop them. It will build on many of the themes covered in the basic course to a level where the successful student will be able to handle forensic material as evidence in a safe and secure manner. The course will be conducted in both the classroom, and practical outdoor environments. It will require access to a small scale demolition ground (5kg Explosive limit). The course will be assessed by written, oral and practical testing. Success on the course will lead to an individual capable of supervising technical exploitation of terrorist forensic material in an operationally deployed environment.
